1. Overview
At Dhorxellaigloxal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Plantelaris. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
This commercial return window does not reduce mandatory rights you may have under Norwegian or EEA consumer legislation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products with broken seals
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products not purchased directly from our website
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at clients@dhorxellaigloxal.world within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return authorization
- Ship the product back to the address we provide
Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at clients@dhorxellaigloxal.world. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
8. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
11. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
This right of withdrawal is in addition to any returns we offer under this policy. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.
For sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the withdrawal right may not apply after unsealing, where permitted by law.
12. Complaints About Defects (Statutory Rights)
If a product is defective or not as agreed, you may have statutory complaint rights under applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation.
You should notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. For consumers in Norway, statutory complaint periods may apply in line with applicable law.
13. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or abuse of our refund policy
- Returns initiated after the 30-day return period
- Products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria
